So I was thinking once again of going back and grinding some old world rep, Alliance Cenarion Circle etc.
Then the thought hit me, when did I stop helping the Humans, Elves, Dwarves and, of course Gnomes?
I hit Outland, I helped them.
I have hit Nortrend, and I am still helping them.
Fat lot of appreciation I get from them though!
It’s all new faction this, new faction that.
Surely there is some spillover, maybe 1 in a hundred?
This is particularly frustrating when one is helping those mechanized-Gnomes in Borean Tundra… I mean the Gnomes are in Exile right? So where’s the reputation?
Stupid biohazard Gnomes!
Gnomer and Out!
The exlied gnomes seem to be hard to convince about your greatness. I’ve defeated Illidan himself and yet I’m only revered and far, far from exalted. I guess I should go back doing old quests I missed in Gnomeragan and such, but it really feels unworthy, rediculously OP as I am. Why can’t they try my loyalty towards the gnomes with a real challange? I’m ready to accept it! Anything for my smallish brothers and sisters!
This is the only reason I did the Elder coin quests… It was going to be close enough to 5k worth of reputation that I wasn’t otherwise going to get.
Considering most quests will now give me best case 25 Gnome rep, it was worth stomping all over the world for 75 rep per coin.
On a positive note, I am not 145 rep away from exalted with Ironforge.
